First: Return Policy The customer has the right to request a product return if there is a manufacturing defect within a maximum period of 48 hours (two days) from the date of receipt of the order. Conditions for accepting the return request The return request will be accepted in the following cases with clear photos showing the problem: - A tear or damage in the abaya - A difference in size from the order - Stains or obvious defects in the product Cases where the return is not accepted The return request will not be accepted in the following cases: - Expiry of the specified return period (48 hours from receipt) - The fabric type does not suit the customer’s taste (all details are clarified on the product page) - Excess threads (not considered a manufacturing defect and can be easily removed) - Any modification made to the abaya by the customer - Damage to the product due to misuse or washing contrary to instructions In case of proven modification of the product, the store has the right to refuse the request and return the same item to the customer. Exchange and return for custom orders Since some products are made upon request (special tailoring), they cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Offers and discounts Exchanges or returns do not include discounted products or those on offers. In case of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the request will be handled within 24 hours only from the time of receipt. Important notes The piece must be in its original condition and unused. Clear photos are a mandatory requirement for processing the order.
